Im pretty sure you can run 13.6's on your H, but it does depend on the rim width that you would be running. H's came with a few different sizes available.
Also, I believe you cant use double bevel rims with the standard cast centers from the H. If you want to swap your centers you can use the double bevel type.
Unverferth makes brand new deep center type rims for the H and the M, but they are somewhat pricey....
There are plenty of other folks on here that know more about this than me, so Ill let them chime in as well just to make sure.
