I picked up a 1 bottom plow at auction earlier this summer. It's an IH plow. Has a counter and a tail wheel. Looks just like all of the rest of the Cub / A / B plows.
The main difference of this plow is an attachment on the beam which is a linkage that attaches to the rockshaft arms on an A / Super A. The other difference is the drawbar attaching. There are no side brackets / U bracket & springs with the flat 2 hole plate to bolt to the drawbar. Instead it has side brackets that attach and form a vertical cylinder with a gap between them. Like a door hinge.
I have never seen anything like this setup and I cannot find anything similar via the CaseIH parts website.
Anyone want to clarify what this thing fit, what model it is, etc? It is in perfect condition, I picked it up for next to nothing and I have a 54 Super A to put it under... Just want to know if I am missing anything in order to mount it properly.
I do have some photos on my phone, just have to transfer them to the computer and then I can add I reckon if that would help.
