Jay: Before anyone quotes you on a 3 point hitch for a 140, he should know what hitching equipment you currently have. Do you have one point fast hitch or U type drawbar. And if you have a U type drawbar, do you have a rear rockshaft? Can't raise a 3 point hitch without a rear rockshaft. Got to know where you starting from, before quoting prices.
I fabricate and can sell you a 3 point hitch, but they cost more than Worksaver, they also lift 3 times as much weight.
Wheel weights are 145# each and you'll probably pay $0.50 to $1.00 per #.
The factory angle snow blade is 5' I sold my factory blade and fabricated a 6' angle blade. 5' is not wide enough if angle snow plowing, snow falls under the wheels.
