Charles: You say belly mower, but you don't indicate whether it's finish mower or a sickle mower. The number you've given is an IH parts number, strictly identifing that particular part. Problem is that part may have been used on several mowers.
As JD gas suggested, contact Binder Books tell them it fits a Super A and whether it be finish or sickle. From there they can give you a short list of options. I doubt if there are more than two of each type of mower for a SA.
