No fuel pump if its gas. First thing I would check is to make sure you still have spark. Did you by chance forget to turn the gas back on. Seen that happen more then once. You could also have knocked a wire loose when you changed the oil and it could be as simple as hooking it back up. So check for spark and also pull the drain plug form the bottom of the carb and check fuel flow.
