It ran at some point in time and the back rims and tires are shot. He has not cranked it in several years. It has been in a barn for a long long time. Scrap in metro St.Louis Mo. is $135.00 a ton. Tractor data said it is 2700 lbs. That's about $200 What do you think? Thanks Bill
If it's otherwise all there, I'd say that's a pretty good buy. However, tires add up quick enough, not to mention rims. Then depending upon what else turns up in it, and what results your plan for it, you can spend thousands easy enough rather just hundreds. To just get it running and on good rubber [assuming it didn't wind up with a cracked block or something nasty], it's still easy enough for your total to top $1000. Then again finding out how lucky you get might be half the fun!
