Couv: Those will be scarce as hen's teeth. IH only ever installed heat gauges on dual fuel tractors from the factory, unless someone requested it as an option. I'm 66 years old and have never seen an offset Farmall with a heat gauge.
My best suggestion would be fabrication. Most any shop should be able to turn that out, from the photo your showing us. They might not get it exact, but I doubt if you have too many critics. Main thing is make it so you can see it from seat, and lead will reach.
