There should be a pipe plug on the bottom of your lift all reservoir so you can drain the fluid out. (Assuming you are still using the belly mounted one)
I dont think that new hoses are going to be helpful in achieving the lift out of your loader that you would like, unless the ones you have are leaking fluid. It may be that your liftall doesnt have the capacity (its only 6 quarts) to lift the loader as much as you would like to. I have seen several folks here on the forums that have had a separate reservoir tank that sat on top of the liftall to provide more capacity. Perhaps this would help you out in this situation.
As far as the cap, you can often find them on eBay, or you could go buy one from a hydrauilc parts store (just the breather, not the dipstick) if you dont care about staying original.
