That is a road gear only not a overdrive, to work it put your trans. in neutral than shift that road gear in it's a 5th gear. I have three 20's one is a road gear like your and the other two have overdrives in them. Overdrives step up all the gears that gives you 8 speeds forward and 2 in reverse. It should run about 12 mph in road gear have fun be safe.
