Hello, I'm new to the site. I have a 674 IH, not sure of year. It has set up for a couple years so I decided to get it back going. The 3 pt lift will not raise, and hydraulic fluid is leaking out of the vent below the seat. I changed the filter and fluid and its still doing it. Also, if you turn the tractor off, and raise the lever on the 3 pt lift then crank the tractor, the lift will raise, you can lower the lift and it will hold, but will not raise once the tractor is running. Hope all this makes sense. Thanks for the help
