I'd take a SC, 200 or 230 and modify 240 sheet metal to fit, it's just that simple. All three have very similar looking rear end, wheels and axles to a 560, just smaller. Even the steering shaft goes down the left side of engine. You could add side chanels along engine. In the case of SC or 200 remove the touch control and use 230 or 240 system.
Having said the above, I can't understand why anyone would do this. 240 and 560 sheet metal is junk alongside SC, 200 and 230. Besides SC, 200 and 230 were all nice looking tractors compared to the 40-60 series. Why anyone would want something as ugly as a 560 is beyond me. I farmed with a 560, but I certainly didn't buy it for it's beauty or styling. In the mid 70s, I was farming with SA, 300, 130, 560, 656 and 1066. 560 was a good tractor, but ugly and sheet metal always rattled, then it would fall off and get run over, this made it rattle worse.
