If the carb is still dripping gas, you didn't get something right when you rebuilt it. Don't assume that just because you took it apart and put it back together that you "rebuilt" the carb. Carbs are fidgety and finicky. Even seasoned veterans need to take them apart an extra time or two once in a while.
