I have a B275 which was a predecessor to your tractor. The reason you don't see many is because it was only made for two years. It is basically the same as the 354 that was made before it and the 384 that was made after it. I think the 354 had the BD144 engine while the 364 & 384 had the BD154 engine.
I believe the 384 was the last tractor in this series of British IH tractors that started with the B250 on the mid-1950's and progressed through the B275, B414, 424, 444, 354, 364, & 384 here in the US. The 424 & 444 differed in that the bare chassis was sent to the US (I believe Lousville) and was finished with US designed front axle, steering, & electricals.
