In a nutshell, you need to install the loader valves BETWEEN the hydraulic pump and the tractor valves. That's what Charles did.
Rather than a T, just take a hose straight from the pressure line to the IN on your loader valves.
Now here's where it can get a little sticky. Does the loader have a "power beyond" type valve tree? You'll see three lines besides the ones that go to the lift and tilt cylinders. If you only have two lines, then you have a standard valve.
The plumbing is a little different from one to the other. On a standard valve, you redirect the hose that you wanted to Tee off into the loader valve IN, then run a hose from the loader valve OUT back to the tractor. Done.
With a power beyond, you run the OUT back into the hydraulic reservoir somewhere. The power beyond port gets run back to the tractor.
