i went today to look at a highcrop super AV Its been sitting for bout a year but it has been covered up. it has all the peices there just not the cults for it. it isnt runnin right now but i think all it needs is gas and a new battery. the engine is not cracked and the anti-freeze is green like it suppose to be. the guy who is sellin it dont know how much he wants for it. he just wants a offer made. how much do yall think i should offer him. thanks for help yall can give me also it is convered to a 12 volt and the tires are in desent shape
