Yep, just and O/Ring . Now ya may have a problem geting the valve out as since the design of the wrench flats can be a pain to get to turn with a wrench sometimes . There has been times that ya can not get a wrench on it . Also if the nut has sever ware on it it may not hold for long and this also apply's to the valve if it has deep scoring it will in time cut the new o/ring. Just unscrew the nut and bring the whole valve up and out. Make sure that ya clean off all around the nut before y start to remove it .
