Just fired up a 200 that needed serious rebuilding. The head was .020 out of flat and has been surfaced back to true. I torqued the head to 65 lbs, and when we fired it up, we got a fair amount of water seepage on the spark plug side. We retorqued it, bumping it up to a bit over 70 lbs, and although the seepage was less, still it was seeping some. I don"t want to get carried away w/ the torque wrench so: How much can I safely torque it? What is your best suggestion for sealing the gasket? We used copper coat, but perhaps I should have used something a bit more thick.
