I think it will, but I do not know (but believe it is necessary to change the front cover to allow the correct bolt pattern on the pump mount. The pumps turn opposite of the gassers. The early ignition drive mount bolt pattern (to the front cover) might be the same as the Gassers. If a late 52 or later it might be bolt on! JimN
