There are 2 bolts on each side: you mounted the cultivator over the brackets on the tractor, then pulled the top bolt over and tightened it. The bottom bolt had to be swiveled up and tightened. I probably did this once a week for 2 months every summer for 10 years, and the whole thing is as clear as day, 60 years later.
