toolz: I don't think it is clutch lift. There were two different hydraulic lifts for 60 and 70 plows. I agree, it is a 70, but that is one of the early hydraulic lifts, requiring two levers, same as clutch lift plows. If you notice the plow still has McCormick on the box beam, so it is an early plow.
I've never used or seen the early lift, however it is shown in the manual that came with a plow I bought in the early 60s. My plow had the one lever type lift.
