As for the number you found can't say. It should end with ( R2 )or somthing like that. There should also be if the crank has been turned another number like 0.020 or such that will be the amount of undersize also will be on the rods. Bolted to the bottom of the block is a set of balancers that time with the engine. When we put the sleeves in ours 20 years ago we didn't put them back in and no difference in the running that we could see. that engine has wet sleeves also. Meaning that coolant is against them. They should push out easy just something on the bottom of the sleeve and a jack up from the bottom and out they come. This is of course if it is still in the tractor.
