Hey there; FWIW there is a IH 244 parts tractor in the local scrap yard. The yard boss says he "might take $600.00. I think (?)it could be had for less, you never know. It's in halfway good condition, 3 cyl. diesel. It's in Malvern Ohio 44644 A&A tire 330 863 1936 Bob God Bless
