I agree with Milan. If the unit isn't driving in low (TA) then the one way clutch MUST not be driving. This clutch does not require regulated oil pressure to "lock up", but is a purely mechanical device. The primary function of the lowside clutch pack in a hydraulic TA is to prevent freewheeling.
