The center cam bearing provides lube for the rockers. One way to check is to drop a small rod, preferably unfluxed brazing rod, down the oil supply hole in the head. Turn the engine over 2 revolutions and if the rod doesn't drop when the cam slot rolls by - the opening in the bearing hole is blocked or the bearing has spun. It is also possible that it never was installed correctly.
Oil from the rocker assembly runs down the push rods to lube the cam followers. Cam lobes also are lubed by oil slung off of the rod journals of the crankshaft. If the oil pressure is good as you say, the cam is probably fine.
