Pull the head and pan and soak the pistons with ATF. That engine has wet sleeves and if you remove one the rod caps you can tap on that rod with a piece of 2 X 2 oak and a good hammer to see if the piston will move or if the sleeve is starting to move. Once the sleeve is out you can a torch to heat the sleeve to free the piston. The rods can probably be reused. I would install a new sleeve kit. That block area needs to be cleaned where the sleeve seals are installed. New seals will come in the sleeve kit. Need to be patient too and take your time. Hal
