I did end up ordering the mounting kit from OEM, not worth the money in my opinion. The studs did not have the holes for the cotter key which I think they should have for that kind of money.
I went to NAPA and they had the studs. Also TSC has them in their specialty fastener cabinet.
The rubber pads are way to thick, the steering shaft will not go through with much clearance. Picked up some large rubber washers at the local ACE hardware store that worked better.
Need to look for the springs, but they should not be to hard to find.
