Remove the oil pan, get as many connecting rods loose as you can, use a hydraulic jack to push the piston and the sleeve out of the block. If you can do that, then remove the piston from the sleeve by cutting the sleeve from top to bottom with a metal cutting wheel on an angle grinder. That will let you split the sleeve enough to get the piston out.
I have also removed all the tin work, the head, the pan, (all that I can get apart), put diesel into the cylinders, and set it fire (outside). This heats the block slowly and uniformly and sometimes this will break the piston loose in the sleeve, with some pounding with a wood block or a jack from the bottom.
