The manual for the 200 is still out there. binderbooks.com has them. If the manual is anything like the one I got from them for my 100, it includes assembly instructions (I guess they came in a crate if you wanted them that way) and should be helpful.
I expect they're pretty similar, and I could give a look at my 100 tomorrow (when it's light out again!) to see what's there, if you can narrow down where you think the problem might be. Lemme know.
