The only Cub that I've seen run a baler had the Super Super Cub Horsepower Improvement Kit factory installed. It consisted of a 2 barrel carb, headers and CHROME exaust. I heard the chrome exaust added about 30% horsepower. Chrome the wheels for another 37%. Heck this thing will pull three 14" bottoms in gumbo. As far as the automatic, dump any wussie husband that can't shift a tractor. That's what I say. Oh and by the way, upgrade that sucker to 12 volts with an alternator. Most of the guys here do that for a REAL improvement to their Cubs. I don't think they can shift a tractor either.
