This requires the removal of the axle on that side, and that is not a small effort. Put the bolts back in put a little gasket sealer on the flange and retighten. Put three or fout small holes in the steel flange of the existing seal and put #10 self tapping screws in them. A slide hsmmer will pull the screws out pulling the seal. Get new and put them in, The new are thinner and two can be put in the hole. Put chassis grease on and between them when installing. JimN
