Seem to have trouble getting my messages to go through. Here's a third try, and I hope the other two don't turn up, too. What's a reasonable value for a 27 or 28 Regular? Complete on full steel, broken air cleaner, but otherwise intact, decent-looking sheet metal, missing small gas tank. Don't know about mag--wasn't able to get to that side. Guess the engine is froze up, and maybe the clutch, too. Believe restorable, with quite a bit of cosmetic work and maybe a lot of work on the engine. Thanks for advice.
