As stated, the filter isnt there to add additives, its there to filter particles of sand left from casting the block, and to keep the coolant clean. Just buy the filter without the additive package and either test the coolnat regualry and add SCA as needed to the LOW SILICATE coolant, or buy a coolant that doesnt need any additives. Rotella has an excellent coolant that doesnt need additives for 100000 miles, not applicable to tractor, or 5 years. A simple google search will turn up the results, or if you have a truck stop near you, getthe Fleetrite coolant, same coolant under a different name.Again, a simple search will find it on google.
