Hi Ian, see following link for photo of B414 which uses same 3pt as 2444. Since you know some measurements like lower link arms are 28" and lift links are in center of lower arms, 14" then from photo you should be able to get approximate length of lift links. Re 3pt lifting slowly, there should be a valve by the left front of the seat that controls the rate of flow to the 3pt hitch, pushed in and lock is 3 gpm, out is 6 gpm.
