You should get a manual that cover's your tractor and engine. If you need any help post a request on here for help from the TractorVet. You need to take your crankshaft to a good auto machine shop and have them measure it for wear, take the head and have them rework it. The block should be cleaned and new cam bearings installed. Have them check the cam journals for wear and the lobes too. That engine may require line boring your repair shop should know and should be in the manual if its required. Make sure you have the correct equipment for handling the teardown safely. You will need it during reassembly. Take a lot of pics and make sketches an take notes during the teardown. They will come in handy later. Hal PS: Keep all the parts separated and marked where they were removed from.
