Mitch, is your garage above freezing? Last winter, my brother had a chunk of ice form in the bottom of the fuel tank restricting the flow to the outlet valve of the fuel tank. That was on his 3230 which has same fuel tank as 784. With a clean bucket to catch the fuel, take the fuel line from the tank off at the inlet to the primary fuel filter. If the fuel does not flow at the rate of the full of the pipe then there is a problem coming from the fuel tank. Try removing filler cap just incase fuel tank breather hole was frozen over.
