A bit more than a year ago there were about 10 posts about Dennies Carb shop. None were good. I have had no experience there at all, but the main jet, and passages to it are easy to get to, and are probably the issue. Do not use a torch reamer on the jet, they will radically change the flow. Do remove it, and clean it and the passages to the nozzle in the venturi. Plain wire is OK, just do not auger the jet bigger. Also make sure the correct jet is in the carb. THe float level needs to be correct to allow the jet to draw from a spcecific fuel level. if too low, it acts like a small jet. Good luck, JimN
