I have been through this many times. We had a 200 that we let set up for about 6-months each year. As long as we used it regular it started and ran great. After setting up it was a bugger to start and would run rough until we ran about two tanks of gasoline through it. We would have to drain the carburator and flush the fuel line several times as well as the sediment bowl. It just did not seem to like old gas. I suggest you put it under load and run it for a couple of days.
