TSC has them, one size fits all, formed sheet metal housing, for maybe $10 to $15, don't recall. I have an old one with die-cast starter switch housing that looks really neat, but unfortunately it got broke in shipping. Utilizing the strength and electrical insulating properties of JB Weld, I was able to make it workable again and once painted the repair job isn't even visible.
