After getting roughly 8" of snow these past few days, it was time to call on the 'ole Super M to plow the drive way. This is a Stage one super M converted live hydraulics with a 2000 loader attached to it. I notice that everytime you go to lower the loader the breather cap on the line returning hyrdaulic fluid to the reservoir leaks REALLY bad. I noticed that the output from the hyrdaulic contols is a 3/4" pipe. Yet the input to the reservoir is 1/2". I decided to "T off" the return line so I have two 1/2" ports the fluid can flow back to the reservior to, Yet this did nothing to help the promblem. Any suggestions? It seems that I'm simply putting more fluid through the hoses then the return ports can handle. What can I do so when I lower the bucket ALL fluid will return back to the reservior? -David
