Hi, Merry Xmas from Toronto in the pouring rain. You are correct put valve stem to the top, give each a tire a shot of air to blow the liquid out of the valve stem then use a $3.00 CTC air pressure guage. You can try blowing out the air pressure guage but chances are the next time you use it, it will not work.
