On my 2606 with the same setup, someone took and welded some type of a hose connection on the second pump flange with a similar bolt up flange.
You might think about getting a female swivel JIC fitting that can be welded in. Then it is easier to change the hose. It takes a 3/4" or #12 hose and fittings. The secondary pump uses a 5/8" or #10 hose and fittings.
