First thing is to make sure that you have a spark at all your plugs, if you do then the next thing is to recheck your firing order to make sure you dont have two plug wires reversed on it. Had that happen to me one time went to start an Allis Chalmers C one winter and it ran like crap, decided at -10 I wasnt interested in messing with it so waited till spring and then discovered someone had reversed to wires on me, straigtened that out and it ran like a champ after that.
