To mu knowledge the answer is no. There were drive setups using the pulley drive gearing for many different attachments from cotton pickers to corn pickers etc. These used roller chain drives for the most part. The flat pulleys were conventional for the time at about 7 inches widw (approximate) both cast steel, and more common Paper laminated pulleys were available. The wide pulleys work well with narrow belts, including a under stressed V belt in many low power applications. Making a pulley center to drive a device is pretty easy with a flat pulley and a lathe.
