That housing # you posted is what starter bolts to. It was used on A and B tractors at least, maybe C. Does tractor have gear drop housings to rear axle, or do the axles come out side of transmission housing and wheels can be moved in or out on axle? Or does it have 36 inch rear tires or smaller diameter ones? If you could post a picture of starter someone could probably tell you whats needed.
