Don't have a model number but there might be a serial number on it. The cab fit the tractor first time, I don't think one there was bolt that didn't line up. I modified the floor board with a filler piece to make it level and then carpeted it (probably not my best idea now that it is all wet and muddy but it sure looked great new). The guy I got it from has at least 2 more. I was told by an old IH delaer that this was the last aftermarket cab IH dealer installed before the started offering it as a factory option.
