Rick: This is how it works on Classic View, you must fill in e address under you name in the post. I'm not clear but think you have to check box for e mail notification.
By doing those two items, I know my e mail is always open, and I get e mail notification from YT every time someone responds to any of my posts, excepting of course, the modern view guys. It was really a better system, and Kim should have explained it better. I find it hard to believe there are folks like your self that don't know this.
I also happen to believe that no one should be allowed to take part in a public forum without exposing their e address. Plain and simple either put up or shut up.
