Yeah, The clutch is slipping. But you knew that. right? So is it the main clutch or the hand clutch that is slipping? Hook something to the PTO and then get it to slip. If the PTO keeps turning when the tractor stops it is the hand clutch. There is an adjustment on it but if it's worn out parts are pretty much non-existant.
