Had a similar hydraulic problem on a 300 Utility with an IH 34 loader that starting having no pressure when cold. It would usually start working after 10-15 minutes of running. Put on a new hydralic pump and never had a problem since. That was over 30 years ago. I use the tractor in winter to clear snow.
