Used H serial # 62509 X1 on dairy farm for years. Only the two 5/8 bolt holes closest to steering post were used to mount the curved pipe seat with spring and mounting bracket located at front of pipe. Also used a starter switch in rear fuel tank support and a rod through hole near bottom of steering post to engage switch. I see your tractor has the holes. Tractor worked a lot of plowed ground without seat falling off.
