We agree to disagree on pay pal/ebay but I absolutely agree with you on the buyers premium at an auction. The auctioneer can not get the seller to anti up enough percentage so he takes it out on the buyer. I refuse to go to those also.
It's same as automatic adding a gratuity at a restaurant. To me that's just plain arrogant and rude.
